Panchan Taweesap, a presenter, presented her work on the topic “Challenges and Opportunities for Thai SMEs: The Future of CRM and CEM Strategy Adoption in the Digital Era.” This knowledge can be applied to organizations to develop customer relationship management (CRM) and customer experience management (CEM) approaches that meet the needs of the modern manufacturing industry, reinforcing the “Kaizen Never Stops” philosophy.
